Why Join?

The Tennessee Charter School Center (TCSC) serves ~115 charter schools with just over half being part of our membership program, offering a unique opportunity to reach school leaders seeking trusted services. Our Corporate Membership connects vetted providers with our charter school members, ensuring high-quality, exclusive benefits for schools while boosting your visibility. For a $1,000 annual sponsorship fee, you’ll gain:

  • Visibility: Your logo and link in at least one monthly TCSC newsletter.
  • Online Presence: Logo, description, and exclusive offer on our public vendor webpage.
  • Training Opportunities: Propose monthly trainings for school leaders, recorded for member access to access face-to-face time with member schools (TCSC manages Zoom/registrations).
  • School Access: A list of member school names (no contacts), unique to our program.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide a discount or benefit exclusive to TCSC members (e.g., 10–20% off, free service).
  • Submit two letters of support from TN charter schools and complete a questionnaire describing your services, support, pricing, affiliations, and offer.
  • Deliver high-quality services to avoid complaints (two complaints result in removal).
  • Propose actionable trainings if applying to present.
  • Pay the $1,000 fee and use the school list per contract terms.

How to Apply

  • Submit your application (opens quarterly: July, October, January, April) with two letters of support from TN charters and a completed questionnaire.
  • Meet with our Director of Membership via Zoom.
  • Approved vendors join a select group serving Tennessee’s charter schools.
