Gaddis Sports Network, INC is bridging the gap between sports, mental wellness, and opportunity. In partnership with mental health agencies and schools, we strive to transform campuses into empowerment zones—where every young athlete builds discipline, resilience, and the skills needed for lifelong success for FREE.
Operating in Ohio and Tennessee, GSN partners with certified behavioral health agencies to provide Medicaid-billable mental health services, while fostering the growth of strong, confident, and mentally resilient student-athletes.
Founded by Lamonté Gaddis, former College All-American Linebacker, Professional Rugby Player, and QMH3+ Certified Mental Health Professional — Gaddis Sports Network (GSN) is a pioneering organization at the intersection of athletics and behavioral health.
Our Mission
At GSN, our mission is to empower youth through athletics, mental performance, and opportunity through inclusive sports, high-quality sessions, and regular check-ins, we help youth build confidence, resilience, and a lifelong love of movement.
Our programs feature fun, accessible sports not commonly offered in low-income areas — including Pickleball, Flag Rugby, Volleyball, Ultimate Frisbee, and Dance. GSN is committed to integrity, innovation, teamwork, and ethical excellence.
Member Benefit/Discount
The Little Leagues will offer at 15% discount to all TCSC member schools which is not available to all other schools in Tennessee
