Rich Haglund, doing business as RH3 Consulting, provides legal counsel and consulting services to charter schools. RH3 Consulting  has helped dozens of organizations make a bigger impact for more young people by improving organizational health, providing strategic legal and operational guidance, and managing key projects. RH3 has  conducted organizational audits, facilitated strategic planning, and developed team and individual goals aligned to strategic plans for state agencies, nonprofits, and public schools. This includes helping organizations make plans in light of shifting priorities, dramatically changed operating environments, and leadership transitions. RH3 consulting is also an authorized provider of Tennessee charter school board training.
