How to Renew
To renew, reach out to robert@tnchartercenter.org. Upon payment receipt, you’ll receive your new training and member materials in the membership portal.
Returning Members
You’ll continue using the same credentials each year. If you've forgotten your password, you can easily reset it on the membership portal page.
CMO Schools
If you're applying as a CMO, please reach out to robert@tnchartercenter.org to renew. Your individual schools can register for portal access by signing up for the TCSC Membership by reaching out to robert@tnchartercenter.org.

We are raising the bar of excellence and ensuring all children in Tennessee have access to high-quality education.
You can reach out to robert@tnchartercenter.org to renew your membership. Your application will remain in a pending status until payment is received. When payment is received, your account will be activated, and you will receive an email. Please send checks to 1033 Demonbreun Street, Suite 300 Nashville TN 37203. When sending a check, please indicate that you are paying for the TCSC Membership and the year you are paying for on the check.

You can sign up for Board on Track without a TCSC Membership! Board on Track is $1,250 per year. You can sign up for the training by reaching out to kim@tnchartercenter.org.
Once you sign up for your TCSC membership or Board on Track membership, you will login with the email and password you created during registration. You can login to your member portal here and navigate to the 'Courses' tab to access your course.
Board chair members can sign up here to access the course.
Individual schools can sign up here to access the course.
Board on Track training and TCSC Memberships do not auto-renew. You will receive an invoice yearly, and you will gain access to the courses and portal when payment is received.
For new members, you will receive a link via email to sign up for your TCSC or Board on Track membership account once your check is received.

Once you complete every module, you will see the Certificate of Completion show in your portal. You can download this certificate at any time.
You will login to your portal here using the username and password created on sign up. If you need to reset your password, you can do so on the login page using the 'Forgot Password' link.
Live trainings will be posted yearly in your account under the 'Live Trainings' tab. This tab will have links for you to register for the live trainings required for certification.
All schools must complete training through training providers listed by the State Board of Education.
